It adopts microcomputer and AC-AC frequency conversion technology. Through power electronic devices, a three-phase power source with the same frequency as the rotor potential of the motor, a phase difference of 90°, and a comparable amplitude is generated and connected in series to the rotor circuit. This changes the power factor on the rotor side, and then changes the power factor on the stator side, achieving the purpose of reactive power compensation.
- Full digital design, high precision, and high reliability.
- It has a working system independent of the motor, allowing debugging, maintenance, and repair without stopping the motor.
- Automatically tracks the rotor current, with a wide range of applications. It can be used for both constant torque loads and variable torque loads.
- It can increase the power factor of the motor to the range between 0.95 and 0.99, and reduce the reactive power by more than 60%.
- Reduce the stator current of the motor by 10% to 20%, and reduce the line loss and copper loss by 20% to 30%.
- The effect of energy conservation and consumption reduction is remarkable, and the cost can be recovered in about half a year.
- Ambient temperature: -40°C to +50°C.
- The relative humidity of the air does not exceed 90%.
- The altitude does not exceed 2000m (For altitudes above 2000m, special designs can be made according to specific working conditions).
- The ground inclination is not greater than 5°.
- The installation site has no fire or explosion hazards, no chemical corrosion, and no severe vibration.
