Usage Conditions of Xi'an Simo ZDT2 Series DC Motors

1. The Xi'an Simo ZDT2 series DC motors can be installed in relatively harsh environments. However, the correct cooling method and protection level must be selected to keep the interior of the motor clean.
2. The cooling air of the ZDT2 series motors should not contain gases such as acids and alkalis that can damage the insulation and commutation performance of the motor.
3. The ZDT2 series motors are suitable for use in wet tropical regions, and the ambient air temperature should not exceed 40°C.
4. The power supply for the ZDT2 series motors can be a static rectifier power supply or a DC generator power supply.
5. When the motor is powered by a static rectifier power supply, the number of pulsation waves of the rectifier should not be less than 6. At the rated base speed, rated voltage, and rated load current, the peak ripple factor of the power supply should not exceed 10%, and it is allowed not to connect an external smoothing reactor.
