The Xi'an Simo YR series (IP44) three-phase asynchronous motors have the advantages of high efficiency, energy saving, low noise, small vibration, safe and reliable operation, and convenient installation and maintenance. They can be used for various general-purpose machines, such as ball mills, fans, compressors, water pumps, crushers, machine tools for cutting, transportation machinery, etc., as prime motors. The YR series motors are general-purpose wound-rotor three-phase asynchronous motors. Their power ratings and installation dimensions comply with IEZ standards. The enclosure protection level is IP44, the cooling method is IC44, and the duty is continuous (S1).
The YR280-315 motors comply with the provisions of "Technical Conditions for YR Series (IP44) Three-phase Asynchronous Motors" JB/7119-1993. The YR355 is independently developed by our factory and complies with the provisions of the technical conditions OXD.510.083.
The Xi'an Simo YR series (IP44) three-phase asynchronous motors adopt Class F insulation. The rated voltage is 380V, the rated frequency is 50HZ, with the stator connected in △ and the rotor connected in Y.

Ordering Notes for Simo YR Series (IP44) Three-phase Asynchronous Motors

1. When placing an order, please first refer to the product catalog to determine the model specifications and other data of the required product. Try to select the standard specification products listed in the catalog. Please indicate the motor model, power, speed regulation, voltage, frequency, noise, and installation type in the order contract. If the noise level is not specified, it will be supplied as level 2.
2. For 2-pole motors with a power of 5.5KW and above and 4-pole motors with a power of 38KW and above, belt drive cannot be used.
3. If there are no special requirements, the default parameters of Simo Motor are: the installation method is horizontal B3, the insulation class is Class B, and the protection level is IP44.
4. If there are special requirements, such as double shaft extension, reverse terminal box position, reverse rotation of the shaft, requirements to be made into a wet tropical type, outdoor anti-corrosion type, or others, they need to be clearly indicated in the contract and contact our factory in advance.
